Cancellations and Refunds
a. Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at info@iitjammu.net.
b. Refunds: Refunds will be credited within 7 days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the order.
